Our bulkhead fitting tools have been especially designed and manufactured by us to solve the common problem of leaking bulkhead fittings on water tanks. This is usually due to the fact that it is very difficult for one person to tighten the outlet pipework sufficiently when the outlet is at the bottom of the tank or when the outlet is inside a recess as the tank is made thicker by insulation.
We have developed a series of socket style, stainless steel tools that can easily reach into the outside tank recess as well as the inner side of the tank and tighten the tank fittings without any distortion to the fittings. Our tools can be used with a spanner or socket wrench and are also a great advantage on uninsulated tanks.
As no one can be inside and outside a tank at the same time, we have also developed a series of tools to enable the fitting of the internal bulkhead fitting which you can use without having to get into the tank.
These innovative tools save time, effort, money and leaking issues after installation. [We understood the problem and as we have an in-house design team, we were in an ideal position to solve it. Our own Service Engineers are delighted.]
